Our individual personal training sessions are for people who have specific training needs and goals. These sessions are focussed on YOU and only YOU. Your goals are frequently assessed and your progressed is tracked. Each session is programmed to your limitations and ability.
You will love the one on one attention and will be constantly pushed to better yourself and achieve maximum results.
The duration of your session can be 30, 45 0r 60 minutes. Your friends are welcome to join you and your trainer.
